I'll never forget standing atop La Super Planche des Belles Filles, in the culminating stage 8 of the first Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. With a helicopter overhead, a multi-generational crowd, and a race finish all electric with possibility. I had spent years working toward moments like this, before its existence, and here it was, a women's race broadcast to more than 190 countries, growing beyond anything we had imagined.

That's what drives me. For the past eight years I've been part of a team with a shared mission to get more women on bikes. I've led the team through brand campaigns, product launches, media events and elite cycling races across disciplines. I believe in scaling effort for impact. The biggest wins belong to teams given room to dream bigger and trusted to do better.

My career has moved fluidly between marketing and culture, across agencies, nonprofits, arts organizations, and the cycling and outdoor industry. From the first Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift through four years of an evolving and complex landscape, I've led work that has reached international markets on behalf of a global brand. Campaigns, activations, and partnerships built to perform at the highest level, across cultures and time zones.
